Aneesah Rasheed

Aneesah Rasheed is known for their client-focused approach and commitment to equity and transparency. Aneesah specializes in tenant and landlord representation, using a vast network of contacts to achieve outstanding results for their clients.

Before joining Ethos Commercial Advisors, Aneesah was the Senior Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager at Treehouse, a tech start-up focused on accessible education. Before that, they spent a decade at Apple, where their leadership and initiative led them to open the first Apple Store in Fuzhou, China. This experience honed Aneesah’s skills in building relationships and navigating complex projects, which are crucial in commercial real estate.

Beyond their professional career, Aneesah is heavily involved in community work. They have hosted events such as Heaux Stories, Portland’s first all-BIPOC femme storytelling show, and organized events like Queer Karaoke, a social event that raises funds for the Black Trans Women of Color Solidarity Network in Seattle, Washington. Aneesah is also co-founder and principal of Revolution Lab, a diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm serving the Pacific Northwest.

Aneesah holds a BS in Computer Science from Platt College in San Diego, California. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their partner, cooking meals for their two Mexican street dogs, and exploring the city in search of the best pho. They are also an avid collector of vinyl records and enjoy playing Pokémon GO.

Aneesah currently holds a real estate license in Oregon.
