Ethos Commercial Advisors was retained by NBP Capital, a Portland and Los Angeles based developer and investment firm, to lease an 11-building office portfolio representing 741,000 rentable square feet located throughout several Portland urban sub-markets.

Over the 24-month period after being retained, Ethos successfully completed 18 lease transactions representing 50,000 rentable square feet. This is a particularly impressive statistic considering that half of that time period was during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Service to NBP Capital extended beyond leasing; Ethos assisted with updated property level budgeting, tenant retention strategies, and portfolio level leasing assumptions. This collaborative work integrated the new strategies into targeted tenant outreach and lease negotiations. Ethos leveraged market intelligence and its own network to identify and engage tenants ultimately yielding executed leases, in several cases this was completed in a submarket with historically high vacancy rates.
